　　To begin with, intelligent friends often enlighten us and teach us something useful which is benefit for our life and career. It means that we will be inflenced by intelligent people and inclined to gain some characters from them. Most importantly, intelligent friends also have a proper goal. They manage their time for their goal, implementing it and complementing themselves, so they have a relatively high probability to success in their life. Staying long with a friend who is intelligent like this, we will be intelligent gruadually too. We can learn a lot of wholesome things from them, but a friend who have a good sense of humor just can brings us jokes. In our daily life, I thought intelligence is user than jokes.

　　Furthermore, an intelligent friend helps us more when we are in trouble. Compared with the humorous friends, an intelligent peole think more about the problem in a rational way. Useful suggestions and help from them will of much more importance to resolve the trouble we meet. For instance, if I was in trouble, those friends who are intelligent are more likely to put forth some constructive suggestions for me, while humorous friends may make a joke on me in a improper time. 　　Nowadays, students attach less importance to the spelling of words in the process of English study. This phenomenon greatly influences students writing and brings on worries among teachers。

　　There are possibly three reasons contributing to this phenomenon. First, exam-oriented education makes the students pay less attention to spelling. Second, some teachers should also be responsible for it because they dont emphasize the importance of spelling during teaching. Last but not least, some students are too lazy to recite words。

　　Since spelling is one of the most important factors in English study, due attention should be given to it. As for me, I think, first, exams should be modified to add some factors into it, which would help students pay more attention to spelling. 　　快乐教学还有另一个名字叫“愉快教育”，即能充分调动学生的学习积极性，使教育融合于教学中，融合于全部课外活动中，既提高了学生的知识技能，又发展了他们的个体，真正体现“教师为主导，学生为主体”的双边性，使学生动、活泼，学生身心愉悦的教学。

　　其实，很早的时候就有中外大思想家和教育家提到快乐教育。如《论语》开篇就载有孔子对愉快教学的认识“学而时习之，不亦乐乎？”孔子这时已经认识到学习者的兴趣和爱好对学习效果有着不同程度的影响，并将“乐学”作为治学的最高境界“知之者不如好之者，好之者不如乐之者”。苏格拉底开创的愉快教学思想，被他的学生亚里斯多德和古罗马教育家昆体良所继承和发扬。由此，我感觉到已初步涉及到尊重儿童，因材施教，教育目的，师生关系等方面，也许这就是愉快教学思想初露端倪。

　　其次，为了更好地进行快乐教学，应该建立良好的师生关系。快乐教学，简单地说就是寓教于乐，让学生愉快地接受知识。它始终注意发挥以愉快为核心的各种情感的积极作用，运用各种教学手段创设愉快的教学情境，让学生在愉快的情境中最大限度地表现出各自的认知需要，并主动积极地开展生动活泼的学习活动，达到良好的学习效果。让学生乐于学习，在愉快轻松的氛围中掌握知识，获得教育。良好的师生关系则是教育教学的润滑剂，因此良好的师生关系便成为愉快教学成功实施的重要基础。我认为可以从以下几方面做起：

　　一是以爱为本，真正尊重、信任学生。都说没有爱就没有教育，爱是教育的灵魂，愉快教学也是充满爱的教学。要建立良好的师生关系，教师必须树立“以爱为本”的观念，真正关心爱护每一个学生，做学生的良师益友，善于与学生沟通。教师对学生倾注爱，必然会唤起学生对老师的爱，师生之间形成良好的心理氛围。“亲其师，信其道”就是这个道理。二是改革传统的教学手段与方法。我们要帮助学生不断获得学习上的成功，从而建立“成功――快乐――兴趣浓厚”的良性循环机制，形成自觉自主的`学习机制，实现从“要我学”向“我要学”的转变。运用多种教学手段和方法，创设民主、平等、愉快、和谐的课堂氛围，最大限度地为学生提供各抒己见的机会，也在客观上促进了师生之间愉快的交流与沟通。

　　小学英语课堂教学就是要尽最大限度地引起学生的学习兴趣，为学生提供足够的机会用英语进行活动，让学生感受到运用所学语言成功地达到某种目的后的愉快。这是小学生的年龄特点和英语学科的特殊性所决定的。要使小学生能够在40分钟的时间内保持良好的学习状态，教师必须根据不同的教学内容创设各种情景，做到教学情景化。其实，我们可以做的还有很多，比如，运用现代化多媒体手段、教唱英语歌、游戏情境设计等等。我相信，只要我们坚持为了一切学生，为了学生的一切，再加上关心爱护每一个学生，并运用运用各种各样的现代化教学手段，我们一定可以让我们的孩子们发自内心地大声喊：我学英语，我快乐！
