今天早上，舅舅、舅妈、妹妹到我家给我们送了两个灯笼，一个是红色的圆灯笼是姐姐的.、一个是红色的赛车灯笼是我的。
This morning, my uncle, aunt and sister came to my house and sent us two lanterns, one is the red round lantern of my sister, the other is the red racing lantern of mine.
我很喜欢红色赛车灯笼，一打开按钮赛车就动起来了，还有红色、蓝色、绿色的灯一闪一闪的，很漂亮。特别漂亮。

Today was an exciting day as we celebrated the Mid-Autumn Festival at school. Its a traditional Chinese festival thats all about family reunion, mooncakes, and, of course, lanterns. I was particularly thrilled about the lantern-making activity organized by our English class.
In the morning, our teacher, Ms. Liu, introduced us to the history and significance of lanterns in Chinese culture. She explained how lanterns have been used for centuries to symbolize hope, brightness, and good fortune, especially during festivals. It was fascinating to learn that lantern festivals are celebrated not just in China but also in other parts of Asia like Japan and Vietnam.
After the brief lesson, we were divided into small groups to start crafting our own lanterns. I was in a group with Lily, Tom, and Emma. We decided to make a dragon lantern since dragons are considered auspicious creatures in Chinese mythology. Using colorful paper, bamboo sticks, glue, and some creative cutting, we assembled our dragon step by step. It took us almost an hour, but when we finally lit up the small candle inside, our dragon lantern glowed beautifully, casting a magical light around us.
In the afternoon, there was a lantern parade around the school campus. Each group displayed their unique creations, ranging from animals like tigers and pandas to abstract designs that sparkled with LED lights. Our dragon lantern turned a lot of heads, and we even won the Most Creative Lantern award! It was such a proud moment for our team.
As night fell, we gathered on the playground for a moon-gazing session. The full moon hung high in the sky, shining brightly, making the whole scene serene and picturesque. Holding our lanterns, we shared stories and legends about the moon, including the famous tale of Change flying to the moon. It felt like we were part of a timeless tradition, connecting past generations with the present.
The day ended with a delicious feast of mooncakes and tea. Each mooncake had a different filling, from traditional lotus seed paste to chocolate and ice cream flavors. It was a sweet way to cap off a wonderful day filled with culture, creativity, and camaraderie.
Im grateful for this opportunity to experience and appreciate my cultural heritage in such a hands-on way. The Mid-Autumn Festival has become even more special to me now, not just because of the food and the moon, but also because of the memories we created together.

一天的活动以美味的月饼和茶宴结束。每块月饼都有不同的馅料，从传统的莲蓉到巧克力、冰淇淋口味应有尽有。这是一个甜蜜的方式，为充满文化、创意和友谊的美好一天画上句号。
我很感激能有这样的机会以亲身实践的方式体验和欣赏自己的文化遗产。中秋节对我来说现在变得更加特别，不仅仅是因为食物和月亮，更因为我们共同创造的记忆。
